Festivals bring joy and happiness. Baisakhi is an important harvest festival of our country and celebrated in Punjab with great enthusiasm. It is also commemorates the foundation of Khalsa Panth by the tenth Sikhs Guru, Guru Gobind Singh ji.
On Friday, 13th April’21 the students of Sarvottam International School, Greater Noida celebrated 'The Harvest Festival' in an online assembly. Grade 5 students presented songs and set the mood for celebrations. Beautiful Punjabi dance presented by Kiaravi Karthik left the audience mesmerised.
English and Hindi thoughts were presented followed by a Speech and presentation on the festival also showcasing the culture of Punjab.
The students enjoyed tapping their feet to the Bhangra beats.
The Baisakhi celebration marked the beginning of festivities at our virtual learning portal. These engaging and fun filled activities are planned such that students feel connected to each other and to the community.
