World Malaria Day was established to educate people and make them understand this
disease. Earlier, this day was widely known as African Malaria Day, however, in 2007, WHO
recognized this disease as a global disease. This day also gives opportunity to international
companies, partners and foundations to work together in eradicating this disease.
The world Malaria day was commemorated at Sarvottam International School ,Greater
Noida on Monday 26th of April .The special assemblies were conducted by Grades 3 to 5 where students suggested the remedies to end Malaria, a dangerous disease.
