The festivals celebrated on and around 13th and 14th January are Makar Sankranti, Lohri, Pongal and Bihu. The main intention of celebrating these festivals is to welcome the spring season and the new harvest. They mark the end of the winter solstice and give lots of reasons to rejoice. The students of Grade 6 to 12 presented a Special Assembly with exuberance and fanfare on 13th January 2022. The mood was upbeat and the children actively immersed in the festive spirit.
