World Malala Day- Special Assembly

*“Let us pick up our books and our pens, they are the most powerful weapons.”* There is no denying the value of education and its role in upbringing the society. When it comes to women, the things have been different and rather unfair. On the occasion of Malala Yousafzai's birthday, the children of Sarvottam International School pledged their devotion and commitment to cause of women upliftment and education. The kids talked about the importance of women literacy, danced to the tunes of "Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan" theme song and hummed jingles of a better world.
