If you are planning to start your child’s learning journey at Sarvottam International School, we are more than happy to welcome you. Starting nursery is a big and exciting step, and we want to make sure that the admission process is simple and easy for parents. Read on to understand how nursery admissions work at our school.

Step 1: Fill the Enquiry Form

The first step in the admissions process is the Enquiry Form. The Enquiry Form helps us get some basic information about your child and your family. You can complete the form online or visit the school campus to complete it in person. After we have received your form, our team will reach out to you to take things forward.

Step 2: Briefing by the Admission Counselor

Once you submit your enquiry form, one of our Admission Counselors will contact you to have a short conversation. The time is for you to find out more about our school, our teaching methods and/or practices, facilities, activities and the salient features that make Sarvottam International School a unique place to learn. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the curriculum, daily schedule, etc., as your child moves towards admission.

Step 3: Submit the Registration Form

After your meeting with the counselor, the next step is to complete the Registration Form. You can get the Registration Form from the School’s Admission Office or download it from our website. Do make sure to answer all of the questions carefully and attach the required documents, and try to return the Application Form on time. Incomplete forms will not be accepted, so please double-check your form before returning it.

The Admissions Office is open from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, and our team will assist you with the registration process.

Step 4: Written Test

Great news for parents who are applying for Nursery, there is no written test or entrance exam for your child. We feel young children should be admitted based on their age and readiness for school, rather than a written academic test. This only applies to older students (from Class I onwards), so you can skip this step completely.

Step 5: Interaction with the Principal

After registration, parents and children are invited for a short interaction with the Principal. This is not a test just a friendly meeting where we get to know your child a little better. The Principal may ask a few simple questions just to see how comfortable your child is during the conversation and how confident they are in interacting with an adult. It’s also a great opportunity for you to share any important information about your child.

Step 6: Fee Deposition

Once your child’s admission is confirmed, the last step is to deposit the fees. The fee payment confirms your child’s seat in the nursery class. Please ensure that you make the fee deposit within two working days of receiving the admission confirmation. After you have made the payment, the admission is officially complete.

Important Notes to Remember

Before you begin, please go through these important points:

● Admission into Pre-Nursery, Nursery and KG classes does not require an entrance test.

● Admissions are given based on age, readiness, and the interaction with the Principal.

● If we get any incomplete form they will not be accepted, so make sure you fill all sections correctly.

● Fees must be paid within two working days after admission approval.

● You can collect the Registration Form either from the admission office or you can also download it from the school website.

● Registration Kits are available at the admission office from Monday to Saturday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

● Admission fees are non-refundable once paid.

Documents Required at the Time of Registration

Please make sure to have the listed documents available when submitting your registration form:

● Birth Certificate of the child

● Immunization Record

● Proof of Address (any valid government document)

● Aadhaar Card of both parents and the child

● Request Letter

Once your child’s admission is confirmed, please bring the following:

● Medical fitness Certificate from a Registered Doctor

● Passport-size photographs of the child and both parents
