Holistic Nurturing

Wellness Programme

The Wellness Club's Mental Well-Being Cell promotes students' healthy mental health and resilience. The mental well-being cell's concept is centred on fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for students, promoting awareness about mental health concerns, and giving resources to deal with stress, anxiety, and other challenges.

The mental well-being cell's outcomes include improving students' emotional well-being, increasing resilience, and minimising the stigma associated with mental health. The cell hosts workshops, awareness campaigns, and guest speeches by mental health specialists on themes such as stress management, self-care, mindfulness, and developing healthy relationships.

The mental well-being cell's tactics frequently include organising support groups, therapy sessions and access to mental health services. They work with external mental health organisations or specialists to provide specialised support or referrals. Furthermore, the cell establishes safe zones within the school where students can seek assistance and support from experienced counselors or peer mentors.
