ADMISSION PROCESS AT SARVOTTAM INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SECTOR 10

30-06-2025

Think Tank

Sarvottam International School, Sector 10 Campus, provides a systematic admission process for students from Pre-Nursery to Class XII. The process includes enquiry, registration, assessment (if applicable), and final admission. This guide offers a step-by-step overview of each stage to help parents understand the process and prepare the required documents easily.

Step 1: Fill the Enquiry Form

The first step is to submit an Enquiry Form. This form lets the school know that you’re interested in admission and provides essential information about your child. You can complete the form online, at the school office, or by downloading it from the school’s website.

Step 2: Admission Counselor Interaction

Once you submit the Enquiry Form, an Admission Counselor from the school will contact you. They will guide you through the next steps, explain the admission process in detail, and answer any questions you may have about the school, academics, or facilities.

Step 3: Registration Form

After the initial interaction, you will need to fill in the Registration Form, which serves as the official application for your child’s admission. This form is available at the school admission office, and it can also be downloaded online. You may visit the school to collect the Registration Kit from Monday to Saturday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Step 4: Written Test (For Class I to XI)

If your child is applying for Class I to XI, he/ she will be required to take a written test. This test helps the school assess your child’s academic level. The questions are based on the subjects previously studied by your child.

Note: No written test is required for Pre-Nursery, Nursery, and KG classes. Admission to these early classes is based on an interaction, not an examination.

Step 5: Interaction with the Principal

A short meeting with the Principal will take place after the written test (or directly for Pre-Primary classes). This friendly interaction allows the school to better understand your child’s personality, communication skills, and interests. It is also a good opportunity for parents to ask questions and learn about the school’s vision and values.

Step 6: Fee Payment

Once the test is completed and the Principal has approved the admission, you will be asked to pay the school fees. The fees must be paid within two working days to secure the admission. Please note that the fees are non-refundable.

Other Important Information

Admission is subject to the student’s academic performance and the written test results, if applicable.
If the child does not clear the test, admission will not be granted.
Admission to Classes X and XII is only allowed for transfer students under special circumstances.
Incomplete forms will not be accepted; please ensure all forms are filled accurately.

Documents Required

Documents must be submitted at two different stages, during registration and at the time of final admission.

At the Time of Registration:

Birth Certificate of the child
Immunization/Vaccination Record
Address Proof (such as utility bill or ID card)
Aadhaar Card of both parents and the student
A Request Letter addressed to the school

At the Time of Admission:

Medical Fitness Certificate (from a registered doctor)
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last school attended
Mark sheets of the last two academic years
CBSE Registration Number (if applying for Class IX or above)
Passport-sized photographs of the student and parents

When Can You Visit the School?

The admission office is open from Monday to Saturday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. You can visit during these hours to collect forms, ask questions, or complete any admission-related procedures.
